Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping & Delivery:

Orders ship within 1–3 working days
Delivery takes 2–5 working days after dispatch
Time may vary depending on your location/PIN code

Undelivered Orders:

If an order is returned due to *wrong address or failed delivery*, we will contact you for reshipping. Extra shipping charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges (7-Day Window)

We accept *returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery*.

Item must be:

Unworn & unwashed
With original tags attached
No stains, perfume, or damage

Items failing quality check will not be accepted.

Fees:

A flat ₹249 fee* applies per order for:

* Returns
* Size exchanges
* Product exchanges

(This covers reverse pickup & handling)

Damaged / Wrong Item:
Report within *24 hours of delivery* with photos of the item & packaging via email.

Refunds:
Refunds are only provided for *approved damaged items* and will be issued as *store credit* after quality check.
